DDO Players – Tabletop Box Subscription Service Review

Subscription boxes seem to be all the rage days, you can get one with food, ones are designed for pets, nerds and geeks. And now all the tabletop board game players have a box to call there own!

Our Thoughts

Subscription boxes are one of those things, you have to decided for yourself if your can A. afford it and B. want the “theme” of the month. It’s nice to see a box that is geared towards in the tabletop game hobby. I know that other boxes have had a few things here and there, but this is built from the ground up for the tabletop hobby user and it shows.

I would say that this is worth the subscription, if your into the theme (after this we will lay out what’s upcoming)

What’s in the box?

Every box is over $70 retail value. Every month has a new theme, from horror to fantasy to world wars. Each box contains:

1 Full Tabletop RPG or Board Game
1 Exclusive Item
1 Themed Wearable
Random Themed Loot

The game alone in the July box is worth the price of the sub, so it’s like all the extra’s are “free” As long as they keep the box fresh and provide a nice mix of inserts, I think this will be around a bit.
