My First Castle Panic Coming From Fireside Games

Justin Dewitt has come up with a new twist on his classic castle panic. This time it’s for the kids!

This new version of Castle Panic has 1-4 players trying to catch monsters advancing on the castle. The new play style requires no reading or heavy counting, instead using color and shape matching on cards.

Everyone is defending the castle from approaching monsters who want to smash it flat. The defenders are sent out to find a monster by matching the color and shape of the space where it hides. Each turn the monsters move closer to the castle, and more appear on the edge of the board.

Players win cooperatively if all the monsters are caught, or lose together if the monsters manage to knock the castle flat.
