If I created my own dungeon, the boss would be… ME. Lessah!
I would be the end boss. Think of the Paladin at the end of Running with the Devils on steroids. Only my abilities would place a Skull head (like in the Halloween event) on the casters that prevented them from casting spells.
And my other attack would be a kitten skull that would weaken the tanks and turn them into “Kittens” and make them “weak as a kitten “ for a short time.
I would make the party choose between getting a shrine before the end fight or the chance at a sweet, extra loot/ cosmetic chest.
The end boss loot drop for defeating me? “The Sword of Eternal Fame” of course.
This longsword would have a lawful good alignment requirement, have true law, be keen, have melee alacrity, aligned to bypass damage reduction, give a bonus to charisma based skills, and have a red augment slot. (I’m thinking halfing slaying also but that’s negotiable)
The name of the quest?
“Come at me bro”
And another thing!
Mini bosses would include sorcerer Mythery, and the rogue assassin Sahba.
The quest giver? Morah the Halfling bard, of course!
