Looks like there is more being done, to combat the lag that has plagued the game since the Data center move.
Cordovan posted on the forums about some upcoming downtime:
The DDO game worlds will be brought down on Thursday, April 14th, from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Eastern for server and data center maintenance along with a small update to improve game performance. We thank you for your patience, and will keep you updated.
He also added
This downtime will be used to make some optimization-related changes at the data center and correct several barbarian enhancements that were stacking improperly behind the scenes, decreasing game performance.
