Netflix is returning to Hawkins, Indiana, a little sooner than expected.
The streaming service has unveiled a new teaser poster and 25-seccond teaser trailer for the second season of Stranger Things that, in addition to offering another chilling glimpse of the enormous monster, announce a new release date: Oct. 27. The previous date was Oct. 31.
The season’s description reads:
“It’s 1984 and the citizens of Hawkins, Indiana are still reeling from the horrors of the demagorgon and the secrets of Hawkins Lab. Will Byers has been rescued from the Upside Down but a bigger, sinister entity still threatens those who survived.”
