We Will See A New Dungeons & Dragons Campaign Setting Next Year

Dungeons & Dragons have announced in a small way, that there are plans to release a new campaign setting in 2019.

Nathan Stewart, the senior director of Dungeons & Dragons and Avalon Hill, made the announcement on his monthly “Spoilers & Swag” Twitchcast Friday.

“Next year for our annual releases I can confirm there will be a setting book, A new setting book. A book that we have not created that is for a D&D setting.”

So, there ya have it! But what it is? What it is? that’s all we get.  He did flat out say it was NOT, I repeat was NOT Spelljammer. So that does leave the door wide open for a big swath of things that it “could” be.

What’s your best guess? Me, I’m holding out hope for that Greyhawk setting book I’ve been wanting for years and years.
