If you grew up on, or just a fan of the “classic” Universal Monsters, then you will want to add this new upcoming game to your shelf.
First reported by io9 the new game is a strategy game where 2-5 players work together to take down your favorite Universal Monsters. The game will reportedly include “high-quality sculpted miniatures” of Dracula, Frankenstein’s Monster, Bride of Frankenstein, Wolf Man, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, and the Creature from the Black Lagoon.
Not much else about the game is known, but I have reached out to my contact at Ravensburger games to see if I can get some further details ahead of the game’s release and I’ll be sure and post more information is I get it.
io9 reports the game will hit shelves on August 1, and will retail for $34.99.
