Jim Henson and Frank Oz’s beloved Dark Crystal is coming to Netflix this summer.

Netflix has  announced that all 10 episodes of The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance will arrive on August 30.

Age of Resistance takes place several years before the story of the 1982 Dark Crystal film, with a press release explaining

“Three Gelfling discover the horrifying secret behind the Skeksis’ power [and] set out on an epic journey to ignite the fires of rebellion and save their world.”
