When I do my convention coverage for the site, I often find myself with a few different pieces of tech, iPad, Laptop, Phone and sometimes during the course of the day I need a bit of juice in said tech to get through the rest of the day until I can get back to the hotel and charge them properly. The RazorExtreme PD is a high capacity battery that has two USB-A and one USB-C port for input/output charging. The two USB-A ports provide up to 18W/2.4A of shared output power across both ports. 26,800mAh external battery that can provide up to 45W of power delivery.
The battery provides pass-through charging and is compatible with any devices that charge using USB-A style cables. The battery is made with an anodized aluminum body and has a safe-cell incorporated to provide the highest level of battery safety. A short USB-C to USB-A charging cable is shipped with the battery. It looks stunning when you see it, nice shine and rounded edges are sleek and eye-catching when you pull it out of your bag.
With power comes with some weight! Be warned this thing weighs in at a 1 pound 7.2 ounces, so it’s going to add some heft to your pack, but you will be happy you have it, if you need to charge multiple devices, this thing will handle all that you can throw at it.
It was charged out of the box, and I have not had to recharge it so, I have no idea how long that will take, but I’ve charged (to full) My phone, iPad, Fire Tablet all at the same time and it’s reading that it still has 3 dots left on the charge, so you can use it many times without having to recharge the battery.
This is by far the best high capacity portable charger I have used (and I have tried many). If you don’t mind the bulk, do not hesitate to pick this one up. You will be thankful when you have to have some power.
