Vault Comics will launch Vampire: The Masquerade, a new comic series based on the roleplaying game, under license from Paradox Interactive, in July 2020.
The deal, which is part of Paradox Interactive’s licensing program around the World of Darkness, also includes content for the Modiphius managed Vampire 5e.
The first issue features Cecily Baine, a Kindred enforcer based in the Twin Cities, who has to mentor a mysterious new vampire and gets caught up in a conspiracy.
The RPG content included in the comics will enable roleplayers to keep up with the events in the story in their own games.
