Yes, they will make a munchkin game out of anything.

 

Steve Jackson Games and Cryptozoic Entertainment announced Munchkin Batman, which will be headed to Kickstarter soon.

Munchkin Batman features classic Batman characters and villains like The Joker, Catwoman, Bane, and Commissioner Gordon alongside flavor cards like New Costume and Hunt Out of Season. The set comes with over 250 cards illustrated by John Kovalic.

Look for it on Kickstarter, and there was no mention of a retail release, but I would assume this would be the case after Kickstarter fulfillment.
