Para Bellum has announced the Order of the Ashen Dawn, a heavy cavalry order for Conquest, on May 26. The Premium Cavalry Regiment Set will include three plastic miniatures, three sets of cavalry bases and stands, and three command cards. Rules will allow for fast movement across the field, and the ability to break even the sturdiest of defenses with their charge. Each model is considered an officer in First Blood version of the game.
The miniatures in the new order are larger than other cavalry units for the game, and feature glistening armor for horses and riders. The release will be accompanied by updated scenarios for the Hundred Kingdom army. MSRP is $69.00.
Para Bellum also announced the release of a free mobile companion app for Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings and Conquest: First Blood. The Conquest Companion App will allow players to create, store, and manage their army lists on the go, and will allow for real-time rules updates, as the current ruleset is available by scanning the QR code on any Command Card. The base app is free, there are no in-app purchases, and no data is collected.
