There is a new page on Avalon Hill.com has a countdown for Hero Quest. The Quest is Calling.
At the moment we don’t know much other than that the announcement will be made in nine days. The only clue is the title “The Quest is calling” which assumes the possibility not only of an official announcement.
The file name of the skeleton pciture on the new HeroQuest countdown timer calls the character “Witch Lord”. Which could be in reference to one of the expansions from the original game “Return Of The Witch Lord”
We told you that Hasbro has taken over control of Avalon Hill again, from WOTC. Hasbro own MB (Milton Bradley) who of course published Heroquest.
You also might remember that we talked about Restoration Games filing a trademark as well, so we could be seeing a lot of Heroquest in our future.
So I guess the takeaway from this is that the best thing about Heroquest is the countdown!
