Gen Con Founder’s Plaque
This past Thursday, 8/24/23 the Gygax Memorial Fund had a dedication ceremony for the GEN CON FOUNDER STONE.
A stone laid at the entrance of Horticultural Hall, honoring Gary Gygax, founder of GEN CON, on the 55th Anniversary of the game convention. The dedication ceremony will take place in the City of Lake Geneva at the front entrance of Horticultural Hall, 330 Broad St.
Potions & Dragons will be served (refreshments and dragon-shaped cookies).
Invitees included Gygax family members, friends, former TSR employees, The City of Lake Geneva Mayor and other officials, press, fans, and the general public.
