Cold Blue took the forums to announce some Phone Support closures due to weather
Hey everyone,
As many of you are aware, the Northeast is preparing for a potentially historic blizzard expected to start tonight and last into Wednesday. In order to ensure the safety of our customer support agents, we will be closing down the phones early today, Monday the 26th, and they will not be available tomorrow, Tuesday the 27th. The phones were scheduled to be closed on Wednesday the 28th for a company meeting, however if the weather is as bad as expected, there is always the possibility that closures may be extended.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need to contact Account Support, please try to call as early as you can today and we will do our best to get to your call. Even when the phones are not available, you can contact us via email by filling out a support ticket at the website in my signature below. We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner.

From the looks of this is shaping up to be quite the storm for the east coast, so I hope everyone stays safe! Thankful that most of it, missed me here in the Midwest this time!
